They were talking about this on 101.5 yesterday. I haven't seen the video (and can't access it right now), but they were saying that the woman clearly lifted her leg up to get into the fountain...and she also is being charged with stealing and using someone's credit card. Their theory was that she pulled this stunt to try to get money to pay off the charges from that.
